In our communities, we’re always looking for trainees, interns and graduates who can see and understand the vital role that Sydney Civil has in creating and transforming spaces in our land that improve the quality of our lives.
Graduates
We offer a three year program. This includes:
a learning journey
an evolving learning experience starts with a traineeship in Year One, followed by the University’s internship, then new Graduates accept a full time role
customised to grow the skillset of the individual
competitive salaries that are reviewed annually
a flat structure with early exposure to all of our projects via your mentors, who are equally broad based in the number of projects they work on and oversee
purposeful work – Civil Engineering is all about giving the local community and the land that we live on. Working in this industry allows others and future generations to live in environments that are more appealing and people-centric.
